In March 2008, the Bluffton Non-Profit Housing Corporation implemented a project to promote Bluffton, South Carolina as a wonderful place to live and visit by highlighting the various shops, art galleries, restaurants, historic buildings and beautiful sites with a tour service named "Old and New Bluffton Tours".  We have provided an innovative tourist activity with the town's first guided golf cart tour of historic downtown Bluffton for more than nine years.  We provide this tour service to help local senior and low-income residents repair their homes, obtain legal services to clear the title for heir property, maintain landscaping and offer direction to persons wishing to seek affordable housing.
